Mixed Level Hatha Yoga class for men & women

This class started in 2010 and has been held every term time Thursday evening since then. It comprises all of the usual elements of traditional Hatha Yoga including: centring via breath awareness, postures/stretching (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), sound practices (mantra) and guided relaxation (often in the form of Yoga Nidra). Some of the class will be in a flowing, dynamic style. Men and women, beginners and improvers are welcome. I’m accustomed to teaching mixed level groups.
The venue is a church hall from the 1930’s which has good natural light, easy parking and underfloor heating.
