Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs – TASTER SESSION

An opportunity for those considering taking the 12 week course to see what this yoga is all about. Booking essential. No previous yoga knowledge or experience required. This course is aimed at people with chronic or recurring back pain but it would also be suitable for anyone who is not doing any regular exercise and who wants a gentle introduction to yoga.
