*NEW*BEGINNER HATHA group class for men & women

This class began in April 2019. No previous yoga knowledge is assumed. Build your yoga practice by learning the basic postures, breathing practices, sound practices and short guided relaxation. 75 minutes. All are welcome. We use a variety of props to help you find comfort in the postures. This includes chairs, cushions, yoga blocks, yoga bricks and yoga straps.
Please bring: yourself most importantly and an open mind helps, plus a yoga sticky mat (not camping mats nor thicker pilates mats please), a blanket for kneeling poses and to cover up for relaxation and a bottle of water if you wish. If you don’t yet have your own mat, you can borrow for your £5 trial class. Come join us and see how having yoga in your life makes you feel stronger, fitter and calmer more of the time!
