This traditional Hatha Yoga class is suitable for people who want a more gentle practice. It has been held on Monday mornings, term time only, at Overslade Community Centre for the past six years. Class includes: centring exercises, gentle stretching (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), sound practices (mantra) and guided relaxation (often in the form of Yoga Nidra).
