Gentle/Chair based Hatha Yoga
Gentle/Chair based Hatha Yoga – we use a chair about 50-60% of the time, for supported seated, standing, kneeling postures etc. We also do some standing or wall based postures and mat based postures but I consciously limit the number of transitions up and down from the floor, so this class may suit those with more limited mobility or who benefit from a slower pace. Monday mornings 10.00-11.30 @ Hillmorton Community Centre.
