First YHLB course starts September 2016. Thereafter ongoing 12 week courses. Dates TBA.

Mixed ability Hatha Yoga classes for beginners and improvers.

Birthlight Pregnancy yoga (14-40+wks). No previous yoga experience required.

Registered and insured with Yoga Alliance UK & Birthlight UK.

Classes are organised in ‘blocks’ which are mainly term time only. Need to spread the cost? Any blocks can be split in half and paid with two cheques, the second cheque post dated for one month after the first.
